St. Luke’s community shares a deep commitment to social justice as they strive to grow into the full stature of Christ.

We seek a rector with strong skills of preaching and teaching, who can relate with parishioners intellectually and also engage with people emotionally, both in frequent laughter and tears. We seek a leader who can guide our community toward safe and vulnerable spaces for sharing and wrestling with faith. Our ideal rector will also have a passion for joining in and furthering ministries rooted in social justice and systemic change while also connecting our worship and communal rituals to our parish mission. Our ideal candidate will bring strong relational skills to connect both with our congregation and with the broader High Country community and will be energized by the work of pastoral care in a community with a potential for a diverse array of needs.
